Returns policy

GARMENT RETURNS POLICY

Customers should email us at: [email protected] to notify us, within 7 days of receiving the garment, if they need to exchange their purchase.

All garments must be returned to Megacorp within 21 days of customer receiving the garment.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the garment and keeping a record of the 'Returns' tracking information to minimise any confusion.

Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the original packaging in order to receive a refund/Exchange or credit note. 

Exchanges are subject to  availability.

Please note: Megacorp is not liable for any returns lost in transit.

 

 

PRINTS RETURNS POLICY

All artwork / Prints are non refundable unless damaged in transit.

Customers should email us at: [email protected] to notify us, within 7 days of receiving the print, if the print has been damaged in transit

Please provide photos of the damage.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the Print and keeping a record of the 'Returns' tracking information to minimise any confusion.

Please note: Megacorp is not liable for any returns lost in transit.
