Steely Grey and blue emerge inching their way closer
The shadows of the perpetrators sway at the doorway
As peaceful resignation falls like snow into our beds
grey holds out a hand to pull us away

Underneath the blankets the sound of heartbeats grow louder
our breath grows stronger enveloping our shaking limbs
Joining the chorus that beats the tunes of courageous beings
The Dragon is summoned
Through the Bay of the windows, tumbles red orange and yellow
A fury that pushes and pulls its way through the room
A dragons head fills the room with dragons breath, of foreboding heat and fire.
“Warm this night.”
“Clear away these menacing figures”
The room empties as sudden as filled.
